5 lbf of fat next to 5 lbs of muscle




i remember posting something about not losing weight but losing inches and i mentioned something about muscle weighing more than fat. and some little ignorant piece of shit tries to correct me: “what. that makes no sense. 1 lb of fat is 1 lb of muscle. it weighs the same.” hehe silly silly girl. that’s like saying, “what weighs more: a lb of feathers or a lb of bricks?” of course, they weigh the same but it takes A LOT MORE feathers to weigh 1 lb and a whole lot less bricks to weigh 1lb. just like the picture here. it takes a whole lot more fat to weigh 5 lbs than muscle to weigh 5 lbs. smh.

Exactly!  Fat weighs more than muscle by volume!

6 months and counting

Right well what a week.

Seems I may be having my very own special day in 6 months time. Time to get my arse moving again. Will do some measurements tonight as a starting point but only have 6 months to get to back my bali bikini ready body.

Time to get moving. Here goes.

Went for a lovely walk tonight for about 40 minutes charting with a friend.

Nice way to catch up.
